Courses with Maggie lam

Being having a natural propensity to talk to people and enjoy helping people, Maggie has educated to become a licensed social worker. She discovered her passion for cake decorating while she was quitted from her social work one day to help the family to run a restaurant. She is the former Pastry Chef of Bistro Culture Shock. Prior to becoming a pastry chef, she has completed a professional certificate course in bakery & pastry and attended many different classes from renowned cake designers to learn advanced cake decorating techniques. Maggie also loves to teach and has a decade of teaching experience in bakery and cake decoration.

 

Maggie has won a Bronze Medal of "Individual Challenge, a Free-Style Wedding Cake Competition" in FHA 2014 Singapore and a Silver and Bronze Award in ExCel London 2015 for "Class L: A Wedding Cake of Three or More Tiers" and "Class B: Floral Sugarcraft" respectively. She is an accredited tutor for the PME Professional Diploma Course.
