Deco Meringue has become a popular treat in recent years. A meringue is simply a mixture of beaten egg whites whipped with sugar. Once you master the techniques, you can create a variety of cute, decorative meringues using your imagination. These treats are perfect for kids or an exquisite addition to any coffee or tea time.

In this class, Agnes will teach you how to create classic holiday winter characters on small biscuit sticks using meringue. You will learn to make Santas, snowmen, and gingerbread men. During the course, you will learn how to make stable meringue, colour the icing, create different shapes, and add facial expressions. Agnes will also share tips and tricks on preparing ingredients, the key points of making stable meringue, the necessary equipment, and common mistakes to avoid. Additionally, she will teach you the best storage and packaging methods. As the meringue cookies require baking at a low temperature for a relatively long time, you can collect your finished pieces from the classroom later or have them sent to you at your cost by SF Express.
