Deco Meringue has become a popular treat in recent years. A meringue is simply a mixture of beaten egg whites whipped with sugar. As long as you master the techniques, you can make any cute decorating meringue through your imagination. Whether it's a snack for kids or an exquisite treat to pair with coffee or tea, It's a perfect pairing!

In this class, Agnes will teach you how to squeeze out Halloween haunted meringue figures, pumpkins, spooky ghosts and black cats. During the class, we will demonstrate how to make stable meringue, colour the icing, squeeze the icing to build different shapes, and draw facial expressions. Agnes will share the tips and tricks in preparing ingredients, the key points of making stable meringue, the equipment to bake meringue and the mistake to avoid, and the storage and packaging methods. Since we need to bake the meringue cookies at a low temperature for a considerably long time, you can collect your finished pieces from the classroom later, or we can send them to you at your cost by SF Express.
