There are many kinds of desserts that are commonly known as Wagashi. This experiential workshop focuses on one of the Wagashi called Nerikiri and teaches you how to use simple ingredients with various modelling techniques to recreate Nerikiri, this delicate and delicious Japanese sweet, at home. We make four designs of Wagashi with two pieces each in the classroom, and you can taste them with your family and friends after the lesson!
