In this workshop, you’ll learn to craft 3D meringue designs featuring pandas with ice cream, watermelon, and more. Agnes will guide you through making stable meringue, colouring techniques, piping methods for unique shapes, and adding cute facial details. You’ll also get tips on preparing ingredients, using the right baking tools, avoiding common pitfalls, and storing your creations. Since meringues require low-temperature, long-duration baking, you can pick up your finished pieces later at the classroom or opt for SF Express delivery at your cost.
