Mastering extension work takes years to practice! In this course, Shirley will guide you step-by-step to create the effect of lace standing off a cake and other advanced piping techniques in ornate wedding cakes.
In this workshop, you will learn the following:
- Cross-stitch piping
- Double Floating Filigree Plaque
- Filigree Pattern
- Extension Works - with and without bridge
- This class uses dummy cakes so that you can keep the cake for reference
