General Policies

• Students must present their proof of payment (e.g., receipt or deposit slip) when attending classes and keep these until the end of the programme.

• Classes will start promptly at their scheduled time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth preparation process.

• Missed Classes: No refunds or make-up classes will be arranged for missed sessions.

Class Transfers

• Local Instructor Courses: Students may request to transfer to another class with at least three days’ notice before the original class date. Late requests will be considered missed classes and will not be refunded.

• Overseas Instructor Courses: For transfers, one month’s notice is required before the original class date. Late requests will be considered missed classes and will not be refunded.

​Classroom Policies

• No audio recording, video recording, or photography is permitted without prior approval.

• Only instructors, students, and school staff are allowed in the workshop during class.

• Students must take care when handling school property and kitchenware. Any damages may result in a fine based on the item's market value.

• Blossom Cakes is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

Cancellations & Typhoon Arrangements

• We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment and will notify students at least three days in advance.

• In case of inclement weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning), affected classes will be cancelled or rescheduled. Notifications will be sent to students via phone. If the warning is lowered four hours before class, sessions will resume as scheduled.

• Blossom Cakes reserves the right to change the instructor, time, or venue of workshops if necessary.

• In case of disputes, Blossom Cakes reserves the right to make the final decision.
