Notes on Enrolment

Enrolment Methods

  • Online: As simple as 1-2-3. Just click on the Enrol >> button within the course description that you are interested in, and it will redirect you to an Event Registration form. Fill in your name, phone number and email address. Then click on the SUBMIT button to send your registration. We will contact you shortly to advise on seat availability after checking the course quota. Please deposit or transfer full payment within three working days to confirm your booking upon receipt of our reply.

  • By Email: Please include your name, contact number and course name in your email inquiry. Please deposit or transfer the enrolment fee within three working days to confirm your booking upon receiving our reply.

 

  • By Phone: You are welcome to call +852 2566-0207 during our business hours to check the course quota. Please deposit or transfer the enrolment fee within three working days to confirm your booking.

 

  • In-Person: You are welcome to enrol our classes in person by cash or by cheque on the 15th Floor, Morecrown Commercial Building, 108 Electric Road, Tin Hau, Hong Kong, during opening hours. You may check course space availability by calling us at +852 2566-0207 or WhatsApp at +852 9083-8693 before coming.

 

  • Bank-in Payment: You are welcome to go to any Hang Seng Bank branch to deposit or transfer the enrolment fee by ATM to our company account.

Bank-in Payment Steps

  • Please ensure the deposit or ATM transfer amount and the account payee name are correct.​

  • Please email a bank-in slip copy, your name, course name and your contact number to blossomcakeshk@gmail.com. Since 1-2 working days are required for fund transfer confirmation, we may not respond until 1-2 days.

  • If you cannot see your confirmation email, please call +852 2566-0207 or WhatsApp +852 9083-8693 to ensure your bank-in slip is received successfully.

  • You should bring the original copy of the bank-in slip on the starting date of the course.

Notes to Students

  • Students should present their receipts or bank-in slips when attending the class. They should keep their receipts until the end of the programme.

  • All classes will begin promptly at scheduled starting times, and students should arrive at school 10 minutes before the start time.

  • We will issue no refund or make-up classes for missed classes.

  • For Local Instructors Courses - If a student wishes to transfer to an alternative class, we require at least three days notice before the date of the original lesson. Otherwise, it will be treated as a missed class, and no refund will be entertained.

  • For Overseas Instructors Courses - If a student wishes to transfer to an alternative class, we require at least one month's notice before the original class's date. Otherwise, it will be treated as a missed class, and no refund will be entertained.

  • No audio recording, video recording or photography is allowed without the school's permission.

  • School staffs have the right to prohibit anyone who fails to observe the instructions from attending the workshop.

  • In the case of insufficient enrolment, we will notify students of the cancellation of events at least three days before the commencement.

  • No one except instructors, students and our staff are allowed to enter the workshop venue during class.

  • If we have to cancel a workshop due to inclement weather or venue maintenance, etc., we will notify the students of the subsequent arrangement as soon as possible.

  • Typhoon Contingency Arrangement: If the typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm signal is hoisted, all the affected classes will be cancelled or rescheduled. We will notify all affected students by telephone of the latest arrangements. However, all classes will continue as usual if the typhoon signal no. 8 or above or the black rainstorm is lowered 4 hours before the start time.

  • Blossom Cakes reserves the right to change the workshop’s instructor, time and activity venue.

  • Students should show proper care and regard for school property and kitchenwares. Any student found to have caused damage to the school property is liable to a fine based on the market value of the damaged goods.

  • Students should take care of their personal belongings. Blossom Cakes shall not be held responsible to any students for the loss of property of any kind.

  • In the case of any dispute, Blossom Cakes reserves the right to all final decisions.
