We are pleased to announce that Peggy and Shirley, two of our teachers, have been awarded the 'Honorary PME Five Star Sugar Artists' medals. They are also the first approved PME teachers for the new course 'Five Star Sugar Artist'. This course is designed for cake decorators who are seeking the ultimate challenge in developing, refining and enhancing their existing skills, and is available only to those who have already completed their PME Masters Certificate.
