PME Five Star Sugar Artists Medal
We are excited to announce that our teachers, Peggy and Shirley, are awarded 'Honorary PME Five Star Sugar Artists' medals and the first approved PME teachers for the new course 'Five Star Sugar Artist'. This new course is designed for those students that have already completed their PME Masters Certificate. This course is designed for cake decorators looking for the ultimate challenge – developing, refining, and enhancing existing skills.

FIPGC Cake Designers World Championship 2019 - Hong Kong, Macao Pre-Selection Competition
We are excited to co-host the FIPGC Cake Designers World Championship - Hong Kong, Macao Pre-Selection Competition. The competition was held on July 6, 2018, at Hong Kong Bakery Carnival. We were successfully selected two winners to participate in the forthcoming competition 2019 in Milan, Italy.
