PME Professional Diploma Course

Are you looking to make beautiful cakes for your loved ones or start a successful cake business? Look no further than this comprehensive course. It offers a unique blend of basic techniques, creative styling, and a professional business approach. With this course, you'll learn all the tricks of the trade, including pricing guidelines, business essentials, and requirements. 

This course is divided into three modules: Sugarpaste, Sugar Flowers, and Royal Icing & Piping. Each module lasts for a minimum of 25 hours. Upon completing all required techniques to a satisfactory level, students will receive a diploma certificate. You don't need to take the modules in a specific order or complete all three consecutively unless you're aiming for the Masters Certificate. The Masters Certificate is only granted to students who successfully complete all three modules.​
