PME Professional Diploma Course
The course is divided into three completely separate modules, Sugarpaste Module, Sugar Flowers Module, and Royal Icing & Piping Module. Each module is a minimum of 25 hours duration. Students will receive a diploma certificate at the end of the course if they have completed all the required techniques to a required standard. It is not essential to begin the diploma course with which module first or end all three modules in a row unless you wish to gain the Master Certificate. The Masters Certificate will only be awarded to the students who have completed all three modules successfully.
We have carefully developed our PME Professional Diploma Course to provide practical guidance to all essential cake decorating techniques. Ensuring you have the ability and confidence to make your designs after the course.

Our tutors have been trained and approved exclusively by PME. Each tutor holds a PME Professional Diploma Teacher Training Certificate with a strict renewal process each year to ensure high standards are maintained. In addition, we are proud to announce that the number of enrolled students in our school has exceeded 3,000 since we introduced the PME diploma courses in Hong Kong in 2011. In 2017, we received award PME Professional Diploma International Award of Excellence. It is the third time we have received recognition for our outstanding performance in teaching the PME Professional Diploma course, and the highest number of students taught internationally. Moreover, our tutors are bilingual in English and Chinese languages to fit your needs.

Sugarpaste Module
