The Squires Kitchen International School (SKIS) is an institution in the UK that specializes in teaching the art of cake decorating and sugarcraft. SKIS has provided exceptional training through its exceptional teachers and passionate students since 1987. Blossom Cakes is an authorized SKIS training centre, offering their top-notch Key Skill Certificate Course based on years of expertise.
The course is divided into four modules: Sugar Flowers, Royal Icing, Sugarpaste, and Modelling. Upon completion, students will receive a Key Skills Certificate as proof of their mastery of the required skills. It is not mandatory to start with a particular module or complete all three modules in a row unless you intend to earn the Master Certificate. The Master Certificate is only awarded to students who successfully complete all three modules.
