Deco Meringue has become a popular treat in recent years. A meringue is simply a mixture of beaten egg whites and sugar. Once you master the techniques, you can create any cute decorating meringue you can imagine. Whether it’s a snack for kids or an exquisite treat to enjoy with coffee or tea, it’s a perfect pairing!


In this class, Agnes will teach you to pipe Valentine bears onto small biscuit sticks. We will create adorable bears holding heart pillows with loving “I Love You” messages. During the session, we will demonstrate how to make stable meringue, colour the icing, pipe the icing to create different shapes and draw facial expressions. Agnes will also share tips and tricks for preparing ingredients, key points for making stable meringue, the equipment needed to bake meringue, common mistakes to avoid, and methods for storage and packaging.


Since we need to bake the meringue cookies at a low temperature for a relatively long time, you can either collect your finished pieces from the classroom later, or we can send them to you via SF Express at your cost.
