A Royal Icing workshop fit for anyone who likes challenges. In this 2 days workshop, kelvin will guide you through every steps to reproduce this beautiful windmill of dream using various essential Royal Icing techniques from basic piping, pressure piping to run out etc. Be ready to be amazed by what you will be taking home after the class!
創作靈感來維多利亞時代的藝術和時裝。 在這個工作坊,你將會學到如何運用皇室糖霜唧出複雜的維多利亞時代的復古摺扇、淺浮雕玫瑰、復古相框和蕾絲圖案。 同學還將會學到如何使用食用色素在淺浮雕玫瑰上繪畫。 適合任何程度,也適合害怕嘗試繪畫的初學者。
A creation inspired by Victorian art and fashion. In this workshop, students will get to learn how to pipe an intricate Victorian vintage fan, bas-relief roses, vintage frame work and intricate lace work all with royal icing. Students will also learn how to Paint on bas-relief roses with edible colors. Open to all levels especially beginners that are too afraid to try on painting.

A creation inspired by Japanese kimono. In this workshop, students will get to learn how to paint on cake with edible colors, creating royal icing cranes using pressure piping and run out technique, and painting gold on royal icing piping. Open to all levels especially beginners that are too afraid to try on painting.
