Deco meringue has become a festive favourite! Made simply with whipped egg whites and sugar, meringue allows for endless creativity once the basics are mastered. These charming treats are perfect for gifting, dessert tables, or pairing with tea and coffee.


In this workshop, Agnes will guide you through making Santa Claus, snowmen, and gingerbread men meringues on biscuit sticks. You’ll learn how to make stable meringue, colour it properly, pipe character shapes, and draw expressive faces. Agnes will also share essential knowledge on ingredient preparation, handling techniques, baking tools, and tips for proper storage and packaging.


Since meringues require low-temperature baking for an extended time, finished pieces can be picked up later or have them sent to you at your cost by SF Express.
