In just four days, this workshop will teach you the skill of coating a cake with Royal Icing, how to control your pressure piping to create beautiful filigree panels, master overpiping skills to make various ornaments, and even how to create stained glass effects. You’ll have the opportunity to assemble the piped pieces and lace collars into a unique three-dimensional design. Once you’ve learned these techniques, you can apply them to your original works and incorporate filigree into your cake designs in countless ways.
