Gingerbread House Decorating Workshop (1220)

Creating a gingerbread house is a fun and festive activity that brings the holiday spirit to life! In this workshop, we will focus on Royal Icing techniques. No baking will be done during the class — instead, we will provide each participant with pre-baked gingerbread house panels and Christmas tree-shaped cookies.

Peggy will guide everyone step-by-step through various icing piping techniques, including how to create 3D snowflake ornaments. You’ll then assemble all parts of the house into a beautiful and festive holiday centrepiece.

The class is designed to focus on decorating, icing, piping, and assembling techniques. It’s beginner-friendly and requires no prior baking or decorating experience.
